 Joint Venture Contract

The undersigned, desiring to enter into a joint venture, agree as follows:

1. 20Twenty Entertainment is obligated to promote and sell tracks produced by  __________________________.

2. The character of the business shall be:

                                                    (a) the production of musical compositions

                                                    (b) the promotion of producer/s

                                                    (c) the promotion of 2020 Beat Factory

                                                    (d) all other business necessary and related thereto

3. The location of the principle place of business shall be established at a latter date.

4. The name and address of the undersigned patries are:

    20Twenty Entertainment PO Box 7702 Garden City, GA 31418                                                                                                                     

5. Prices for tracks will be negotiated by the above parties both leased and exclusive.

6. Gross profit is split 60% to (producer)_______________________________________________and 40% to 20Twenty Ent. for expenses such as travel, promotion, recordkeeping, equipment, etc.

7. The joint venture shall continue as long as both parties agree and/or desire.

8. In the event of retirement, expulsion, deportation, bankruptcy, incarceration, death, or insanity, of a member of this agreement, the remaining parties have the right to continue or end said venture.

9. Tracks will be submitted by (producer)____________________________________________ but, the tracks to be sold will be decided by 20Twenty Entertainment.

10. Prices for tracks being sold by 20Twenty Entertainment can only chang with the prior approval of (producer)___________________________.

11. _________________________________________(producer) will be responsible for submitting tracks in a timely manner.                                  (Decided by both parties)
